Features:

Machine is designed with 6 CNC axis:

  A: Hob head rotary movement

  B: Hob spindle turning

  C: Work table rotat

  X: Work table radial travel

  Y: Hob shaft travel

  Z: Hob travel along work table mandrel

Each of the above axis are driven by an independent servo motor.

Machine is equipped with electronic gear box (EGB), to realize movement indexing and differential compensation, and thus to realize running-in type gear cutting.

B axis is designed with tool quick changing and tool mandrel automatic clamping devices. It’s also designed with overload monitoring device. Motor is connected to shaft direct.

C axis is equipped with integrated spindle.

X/Y/Z axis is equipped with pre-loaded high precision ball screws.

Work piece holding center is travel is driven by hydraulic power, and it travels on a linear guide way.

The hobber is capable of the following job: spur gears, spiral cylinder gears, worm gear, cone gear (With relatively small taper), drum type gear, spline, chain wheel, and synchronous pulley. 

Fully closed machine guard.

Hob shaft is loaded and unloaded by hydraulic force, and automatically tightend.

Single-thread hob or multi-thread hob can be used on the machine.

Machine is supplied with automatic chip conveying device.

Kinematic pairs of each axis are well protected with hoods and seals.
