1. Fully hydraulic power head
The fully hydraulic power head is the technology integration of the equipment, different from the traditional gas hydraulic forging hammer, the lower-chamber often passes through the high-pressure hydraulic oil, when the return stroke, the piston upper- chamber has no backpressure, the return speed is increased, the frequency of forging is fast, and the production efficiency is high. In addition, the fully hydraulic forging hammer equipped 2 or 3 pieces of hall switches, that can realize subsection unloading, not only protects the motor but also saves energy and save money. The servo control valve with pilot control has the dual characteristics of the sliding valve operation and the cone valve seal, which increases the controllability and sealing of the opening and closing of the valve mouth, and the response is sensitive and the heat reduction is reduced. It can strike, return, slowly up & slowly down, drop hammer at any position, continuous strike with different frequency of different travels.
2. The frame of fully hydraulic forging hammer
With double arm type machine frame made of medium forged steel. The flatness of the assembly surface of the hammer arm and the anvil ≤0.1/1000, the parallelism of the upper assembly of the hammer arm and the following ≤0.1/1000, and all mating surface finish is not less than Ra3.2
3. The hammer rod and tup
Hammer tup is made of 42CrMo forged steel, hardened and tempered to HB240-280. Hammer rod is made of forged alloy steel 40CrNoMoA, hardend to HRC32-38. At the same time, the seal ring which assembles on the hammer rod that we use is imported from Germany. Also, the service life of the seal ring is much longer than the gas-hydraulic forging hammer.
4. Hydraulic station system
The hydraulic station system is mainly composed of the power source, cooling and filtering system, oil tank, gas cylinder group, pipeline, lubrication system and pipeline bracket, auxiliary oil well pump and so on. It is worth noting that we installed a buffer accumulator on the tank to counteract the high energy hydraulic impact at work.
5. Electric part
The electrical appliances are controlled by PLC, enabling one button to start and stop, with motor protection function, and automatic monitoring of overload, phase loss, leakage and short circuit of the previous system.
