This product is designed and manufactured in full compliance with requirements of API Spec 6A Specification for Wellhead and Christmas Tree Equipment, which can match and be interchanged with any other equipments of API Spec 6A.

Sealing of check valve is metal to metal type between valve trim and the valve body, and it is activated by service substance pressure. The greater the pressure is, the tighter the sealing. Valve cavity can bear pipe line pressure at all times.

Body of this valve is made of forged alloy steel with strong mechanical properties, which withstands high pressure with safe and reliability.

Valve cover and valve body are bolt-connected, reliably sealed by sealing rings of bonnet and body wall sealing . This leaves small space between valve cover and valve body (actually no space as designed), to reduce the corrosion on bolts and holes and to lower the bolt load.

Valve trim and the valve body sealing surfaces are bead-welded with carbide metal, so that they have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The valve trim is made of anti-sulfur steel, and other parts are with hardness restrictions, so that the valve can be used in the environment of H₂S.
