Description:

The hydro-actuated safety valve consist a safety standby valve and a hydraulic driving device. It is the executive unit of the well safety system. Under normal condition, high pressure oil is pumped into the cylinder in the upper part of the actuator, pressing the spring at the bottom thus to keep the valve open. In case the well head is under risky pressure, control unit will response to the signal passed from the sensor, and unload pressure on the cylinder and the spring will bounce back and drive the valve stem and close the valve.
