Machine Description：

GS8132 CNC power skiving machine adopts a new gear processing method as well as gear scraping. Compared with the traditional hobbing, shaping, milling, grinding and other gear machining machines, this machine has the following characteristics:

a. High precision, machining accuracy of gear skiving is higher than that of hobbing, milling and shaping.

b. High efficiency, cutting speed of cutter spindle and workpiece spindle is fast, and it can also solve the problem that small and medium-sized inner gear rings can not be machined by gear hobbing and milling.

c. Advanced machining, the traditional gear machining is cut along the tooth direction, while the skiving not only along the tooth lead, but also along the tooth profile direction, which can solve the problem that the traditional gear machining method is unable to process the inner teeth of non-through and non-cutter grooves.

d. More green and environmentally, high-speed dry cutting can be used for gear skiving, which ensures high efficiency, high quality, high tool durability and high reliability of the cutting process while not using cutting fluid, and the resource utilization rate is higher. The comprehensive benefit is more obvious.

e. More flexible, able to process spiral gears with various angles and modify tooth profile and tooth direction, etc.

f. High rigid structure design, through the optimization design of various components, key structures and NC axis parameters, the machine tool has high dynamic and static rigidity.

g. The cutter spindle and workpiece spindle adopt the direct drive technology of high speed and large torque motor to ensure high rotary accuracy and follow precision in gear skiving machining.

h. The linear motion shaft adopts the structure of steel-inlaid guideway and rolling block preloaded, which ensures that the machine has no clearance during movement and has high motion accuracy.

i. The skiving software is powerful and the control system is stable and reliable. it has the functions of automatic cutter change, automatic cutter match, automatic cutter protection, man-machine interface, multi-axis synchronization and so on.

j. It has the function of rough and fine combination skiving, through the optional magazine cutter, the combined machining of rough and fine skiving can be realized, the machining efficiency is higher and the cutter cost is lower.

k. The spindle has the cooling function of the center hole, the tool lubrication is more sufficient, and the machining life of the machine is effectively improved.

CNC power skiving machine series are green environment machines with high efficiency, high precision and high automation. they are especially suitable for the machining of small and medium-sized internal and external gears in automotive, construction machinery, robotics, aerospace, military and other industries. It can realize one-time clamping processing of spur gear, helical gear, drum-shaped gear, taper gear and multi-connected gear.

The machine is vertical layout. The mainly composed by machine bed, column, work table, slider, cutter head, equipped separate hydraulic station and magnetic chip conveyor with also independent floor-standing electrical cabinet at the side. 

The machine can realize six-axis and four-axis linkage, and the cutter rotary spindle and workpiece rotary spindle are directly driven by large torque motor with high indexing precision. The structure of the machine is reasonable, with high dynamic and static rigidity; the software is powerful and easy to adjust, and can process all kinds of internal & external gear, drum gear, taper gear and helical gear with different helix angles.
